- The Hildesheim Treasure is a collection of 70 pieces of Roman silver.
- The Severan Tondo (c.200 CE) is a wooden panel depicting the portraits of the Severan Dynasty.

- It stands between the other two museums.
- Since 2009, the Neues Museum holds the Egyptian Museum, the papyrus collection, art works from the period of Pharaoh Akhenaten and the famous bust of Queen Nefertiti.
- It also holds Artefacts from the Stone Age and Prehistoric eras.

Brandenburg Gate
- The Brandenburg Gate is a Gateway in central Mitte area of Berlin and was completed in a Neo-classical style by the King of Prussia, Frederick William II.
- It has been at the centre of historical events in Germany since its inauguration in 1791.
- The Gate design was based on the Propylaea, the Gateway to the Acropolis in Athens, with the aim of portraying Berlin as the ‘new Athens’.
