Eutropius

  • Flavius Eutropius was a Christian Roman Historian, who between 364-378 CE, wrote the ‘Breviarium Historiae Romanae’ in 10 Books.

Career

  • Eutropius served as the Magister Memoriae at Constantinople.
  • He accompanied Julian (351-362 CE) on his fateful Persian War, and dedicated his Historical Work to Valens (364-378 CE).
