• A Noun is a Person, Place or Thing.
• For example: the man, the tree, the king, the house, the animal.

Pronoun

• A Pronoun is a substitute for a Noun or Phrase.
• For example: David climbed the tree, he then climbed down again. Other examples:  I, me, mine, she, he, it, we, and us.
