- It was a Greek and Roman port city in the Roman Province of Cyprus.
Greek and Roman Sites
- Basilica (c.350 BCE)
- It holds a famous Roman Mosaic depicting animals, birds and the Soli swan.
- Roman Theatre
- This has been completely restored.
- Ruins of a Palace, Temples of Isis and Aphrodite, the Agora and Necropolis.
- These are not yet accessible to the Public.
Museums
- Morphou Museum of Archeology and Nature
- Located in the nearby town of Morphou.
- The Museum holds the Finds from Soli, including rare artefacts from two recently discovered tombs.
Ruins of Soli
