The Pyramids at Saqqara

- The Saqqara Pyramids contain writings on their walls known as the Pyramid Texts.
The Pyramids at Dahshur
- The Dahshur Necropolis is the location of the Bent Pyramid, built circa 2,600 BCE, by King Sneferu, Father of Khufu.
- Several other Pyramids are located at the Dahshur Necropolis, 25 miles (40km) south of Cairo.
The Pyramids at Giza
- The Pyramids at Giza consist primarily of the Great Pyramid, the Pyramid of Cephren and the Pyramid of Menkaure.
