  • The Ruins of Tlos are located near the town of Seydikemer, Mugla Province, Mediterranean Region of southern Turkey.
  • Tlos was an ancient Lycean city, which in 43 CE became part of the Roman Province of Lycia.

Museums

  • Fethiye Museum
    • Located at Kesikkapi, No:4, 505. Sk. Fethiye (21 miles or 35km from Tlos)
    • The museum holds Finds from 3,000 BCE to the Roman and Byzantine Period, including Grave Stelae, Reliefs, Friezes, Statues, Pottery, Sculptures, Olive oil bowls, a Lion Sarcophagus lid, Stone Lions. an Altar and Olive Grinding Bowls.
    • The most important Artefact is the Letoon Trilingual Stele (c.400 BCE) from Xanthos, a tri-lingual Stele in Ancient Greek, Lycian and Aramaic.
