- Wall is a village located 2 miles (3km) south of Lichfield in the County of Staffordshire
- The Roman Fort of Letocetum (c. 50 CE) was located in Wall on the junction between Watling Street and Icknield Street.
History
- There was a Statio (Posting Station), a Mansio (hotel), a Bath house and various other civic buildings.
- Letocetum went into decline when nearby Lichfield was founded in the 7th century CE.
